【摘要】 当今世界上许多国家都更加重视大学的作用和发展,更加重视大学文化建设和作为其核心的人才培养。大学文化的核心是文化育人。在社会转型期,我国的大学教育出现了“重科学文化,轻人文文化”的倾向。要改变这种倾向,首先,应该在大学确立“全员文化育人意识”;其次,应该全方位实践文化育人的理念;再次,应该充分利用社会文化资源和现代化教学手段加强校园建设文化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays more and more countries in the world attach importance to the role and development of university.They also emphasize the culture of university,which makes cultivation of person with ability as its core.The core of university culture is to cultivate person with culture.During such period of social transition,the trend which values the culture of science,more than the culture of humanism has emerged in universities in China.We should change the trend through the following measures: to establish the notion of humanism to everyone in university,carry out the thought of humanism,and take full advantage of the resources of social culture and modern teaching measures to construct campus culture.更多还原
