【Abstract】 Selection and optimization of enterprise organization formation were important issues in the process of China’s SOE reform and development.Three value main bodies of investor,enterprise and operator were analyzed through exploring essential nature of modern enterprise system.Moreover,the basic model of enterprise organization formation selection and optimization was designed from four aspects of financial risks of investor,enterprise financing,operators’ enthusiasm as well as adaptability of development scale.The current formations of various enterprises were also analyzed comparatively.更多还原
