【摘要】 [目的]探讨腰椎间盘突出症的临床分期与治疗方法。[方法]382例腰椎间盘突出症患者临床分期,Ⅰ期(功能障碍期)112例,Ⅱ期(退变失稳期)208例,Ⅲ期(增生狭窄期)62例。分别采用非手术治疗或手术治疗。[结果]Ⅰ期非手术治疗87例,手术25例,有效率:91·96%;Ⅱ期非手术治疗154例,手术54例,有效率:91·35%;Ⅲ期非手术治疗42例,手术20例,有效率:83·87%。三期382例病人治愈:143例,好转:202例,未愈:37例。总有效率90·3%。[结论]对于LDH目前所有的治疗方法均为缓解症状,而非治愈。治疗方式的选择要以椎间盘突出的病理改变为基础,先行非手术治疗,再考虑手术治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore the therapy and clinical stages of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc.[Method] For 382 cases of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients, 112 cases of I stage(functional disorder), 208 cases of II stage(unstable degeneration) and 62 cases of stage III(hyperplasia and narrowness), respectively receive non-operation therapy or operation. [Result] In stage I, 87 cases were treated with non-operation, 25 operation, the effective rate was 91.96%; 154, 54, 91.35% for stage II; 42, 20, 83.87% for stage III. For 3 stages of 382 patients, 143 cases were cured, 202 better, 37 not cured; the total effective rate was 90.3%. [Conclusion] For LDH, all the present therapies can only relieve symptoms, not cure. To select therapy should base on pathological changes of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, firstly make systemic non-operation treatment, then operation.更多还原
