【摘要】 [目的]探讨单纯肥胖儿童糖耐量低减干预治疗有效途径。[方法]两组患儿均予以饮食指导,运动指导,心理指导等健康教育方案;治疗组在上述治疗的基础上给予益气养阴疏肝中药治疗。[结果]治疗组32例,29例,3例,总有效率91%;对照组30例,有效24例,无效6例,总有效率80%。两组治疗前后血糖以及糖化血红蛋白的变化比较治疗组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白进行比较P<0·01,有显著意义。治疗组与对照组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白进行比较P<0·01,有显著意义。[结论]益气养阴疏肝方能够改善患儿肥胖以及糖耐量低减情况。在儿童单纯性肥胖糖耐量低减的干预治疗中有良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To explore effective method to pure Children Low Glucose Tolerance. [Method] Take health education to 2 groups of patients, i.e. diet direction, sports and mental guide; on the basis above, the treatment group was administered Chinese drugs of Yiqi Yangyin Sugan. [Result] For the treatment group 32 cases, 29 cases were effective, 3 had no effect, the total effective rate 91%; for the control group 30 cases, they were 24, 6, 80% respectively. Compare the blood glucose and glycosylation hemoglobin between before and after treatment of the two groups. For the treatment group, the hungry blood glucose, blood glucose 2h after diet and glycosylation hemoglobin had P<0.01, with marked meaning. So was the comparison between the two groups on the indexes above, P<0.01, with marked meaning. [Conclusion] Yiqi Yangyin Sugan Decoction can improve children fatness and low glucose tolerance, and has good curative effect in intervening treatment of children pure fat low glucose tolerance.更多还原
