攻角传感器在2.4m跨声速风洞中的应用

【摘要】 针对2.4m风洞的运行特点,采用惯性伺服加速度传感器测量模型攻角,并研制了攻角传感器,用于实时测量试验模型攻角。攻角传感器采用力矩马达闭环伺服自平衡原理,由非接触式位移传感器、力矩马达、误差和放大电路、反馈电路、悬臂质量块五部分组成。并将攻角传感器置于模型内部,通过机身内部加工的平台或通过加工垫块安装攻角传感器。多次型号试验证明,该攻角传感器效果良好。

【Abstract】 The servo accelerometer was used to measure the model angle of attack according to the performance characteristic of 2.4m wind tunnel and the sensor of AOA was developed to measure the model angle of attack in real time. It is an accelerometer that adopts the principle of torque motor, closed-loop, servo self-balance and consists of position sensor, torque motor, error and amplifying circuit, feedback circuit, and pendulous mass. The sensor of AOA is installed on a flat roof with pad inside the model. Different type tests showed that the angle-of-attack sensor was effective.
