热镀锌汽车板IF钢屈服强度性能改进

【摘要】 由于各个汽车厂采用订货标准不同及零件加工工艺不同,导致对钢厂提出的材料机械性能要求有很大的差异,特别是材料的屈服强度,部分特殊需求超出了钢厂原有生产水平。而热镀锌汽车板产品中IF钢所占比例较大,所以IF钢性能改进成为生产重点解决问题。通过多元方差分析,找出影响IF钢屈服强度的主要因素为平整量、磷、碳,并进行工艺优化,最终证明改进后的产品性能完全满足用户特殊需求。

【Abstract】 As different automobile companies have different order standards and parts machining processes,there is a great difference in material’s mechanical property requirements for steel makers,especially in material’s yield strength,which leads to the situation that some special requirements are beyond the steel makers’production level. Among zinc coated auto steel sheets,IF steel takes a larger portion,therefore,its mechanical performance improve- ment becomes a key in solving quality problems of products.Through multivariate analysis,main factors that influ- ence IF steel’s yield strength are skin pass elongation,phosphorus and carbon.It has been proved that the product’s mechanical property can meet users’demands very well after the process improvement.
