【Abstract】 The genetic regulations and the botanical characteristics of marigold W205 male sterile material were studied. The results showed that genetic analysis indicated that marigold W205 AB line was controlled by a pair of ressesive gene which was major gene.The inheritance of the male sterility was true of Mendel’s law.The only difference is on the male organs.There is no flowers of sterile W205 line and couldn’t produce pollens.更多还原
