高频全桥软开关弧焊逆变电源的设计与实现
Design and Realization of Arc Welding Inverter with High Frequency Full-Bridge Zero-Voltage-Switching
【摘要】 设计了一种基于峰值电流控制模式的全桥软开关变换器,配合以一定的焊机外特性控制电路,成功将其应用于ARG160型弧焊逆变电源,工作频率150 kHz,达到国内外同类型产品的领先水平.全桥变换器采用移相谐振的控制方式,通过增加一个辅助谐振网络,可以在较宽负载范围内实现主功率器件的零电压开关.实验结果表明,所设计的弧焊逆变电源工作波形良好,开关损耗小,满载时效率达到0.88.
【Abstract】 This paper presents a full-bridge zero-voltage-switching(ZVS)converter which is based on peak-current mode.The proposed converter has been successfully used in the ARC-160 welding inverter with a switching frequency of 150 kHz which attains the highest level in this field.By using the phase- shift(PS)control method and the assistant resonance circuits,the ZVS of the main power switches is attained within a wide load range.The experimental results indicate that the waveforms of the convert- er are acceptable,the switching loss is low,and the full load efficiency can reach 0.88.
