【Abstract】 The septic tanks are generally used as a part of the water disposal.While only 36% septic tanks are running availably.A great quantity of sewage without reaching the standard drains off into the waters.It is inevitable to make serious pollution for city water surroundings.And it is harmful to the continual development and prosperity of cities.Suggest implementing privilege administration.The government should convert their function,improve their awareness of service and supervise the privilege administration operator.更多还原
