【Abstract】 Brownfield redevelopment is one of the environmental problems arising from the industrialization.Consequently,some action has been taken,especially in the developed country.Considering the complexity of brownfield redevelopment—legislation,tax,estate etc.—the following paper,in which the federal legislation is emphasized,is intended to offer an overview of the legislation and other policies involving the brownfield redevelopment.The essence of brownfield redevelopment is the prevention of soil pollution;therefore, review of the advanced legislation will bring us more experience.更多还原
