环境影响评价中停车场CO排放量的计算

【摘要】 现在的建设项目大多建设停车场,其排放的污染物中一氧化碳的浓度最大,但是,鉴于经费制约,实测比较困难。确定排放量最关键的参数为等速工况单车排放因子,本文用五种方法对其进行拟和,并通过结果的比较,认为小型车适用指数法,大中型车适用多项式法(二次),并给出了CO等速工况单车排放因子拟和公式,相关系数均在99%以上。最后给出了停车场CO排放量的计算公式,希望对广大环评工作者有所裨益。

【Abstract】 A good many of the present civil engineering programs are for the construction of parks in whose emissions the concentration of carbon monoxide is the biggest.However,because of the fund restriction,online monitoring is not feasible.The key parameter to quantify emission is the mono-vehicle emission factor under the condition of the constant speed.In this article the writer simulated this parameter with five methods.The results indicate that the exponential method is fit for the small vehicle,and the large and middle vehicles agree with the quadratic multinomial method.Finally,this article proposed a model of simulating mono-vehicle emission factor of CO under the condition of the constant speed,with a correlation coefficient of more than 0.99,and based on this the formula of calculating the concentration of CO in parks was suggested,which was expected to be beneficial to the environmental impact assessor.
