安装位置对压电射流角速度传感器性能的影响

【摘要】 根据压电射流角速度传感器实际工作情况,从腔体中流体运动情况出发,分析传感器安装位置对角速度输出电压的影响。理论分析了安装位置变化对敏感元件中气体受力影响。利用CFD在输入角速度为150°/s,安装位置到转轴距离变化时,计算敏感元件中气体速度分布。将数值计算速度值带入King公式中,计算热敏丝检测电桥输出电压值。分析结果显示,电桥输出电压增量随着安装位置到转轴距离增加而增加,并得到电桥输出电压与安装位置到转轴距离之间的计算结果。实验检测表明输出电压变化规律与计算结果基本一致。

【Abstract】 Under the condition of the piezoelectric fluidic angle rate actual working state,the influence of position setting on output voltage was analyzed on the basis of fluidic movement in the sense organ.The influence brought by the transformation of position setting sensor to gas located in sense organ was analyzed in hydromechanical theory.Moreover,on the basis of theoretic analysis,the distribution of fluidic velocity in sense organ was simulated with CFD using PISO arithmetic.The simulative conditions were with the same inlet angle rate as 150 °/s and different distances between sensor and swivel.Using the velocity of simulation,the output voltages of bridge were calculated.The calcultion indicates that the increment of output voltages of bridge increases as the augment of distance increases.The calculational result between increment of output voltages of bridge and distances between sensor and swivel can be obtained,the numerical simulation and experiment matches well.
