全光触发器的研究进展
Advances in Research of All-optical Flip-flop
【摘要】 全光触发器是数字光信号处理的基础技术,也是全光分组交换网的关键技术之一。文章就光触发器的功能模型与性能指标提出了自己的见解,概括总结了各种光触发器的原理与性能,并进行了比较。
【Abstract】 All-optical flip-flop is the basic technology of digital-optical signal processing.The function of optical flip-flop is analyzed and its performance indicators are presented.The principles and performances of all kinds of all-optical flip-flops are given.
