覆膜钼粉激光烧结成型件的后处理工艺研究

【摘要】 间接法选择性激光烧结技术制备金属件的后处理工艺包括脱脂、预烧结、高温烧结以及渗金属。根据覆膜材料的熔点和加入比例范围,制定脱脂及预烧结工艺,并依此工艺对原型件成功地进行脱脂、预烧结;对脱脂及预烧结件分别进行真空固相烧结与还原气氛二步烧结试验,通过研究两种高温烧结件的组织及性能发现,二步烧结很好地保持了制品形状;对还原气氛二步烧结件进行渗铜处理,渗铜件抗拉强度为480MPa,延伸率为13%,冲击功为140J。

【Abstract】 The post-processing of indirect SLS includes debinding, pre-sintering, high temperature sintering and metal infiltration. In this paper, the debinding and pre-sintering technology were determined according to melting point and proportional region of the tectorial material, and the prototypes were successfully debound and presintered by this technology. The two step sintering experiment of vacuum solid phase sintering and the reductive atmosphere sintering was carried on the debound and sintered green parts. Through studying the performance and structure of the two kinds of green parts , it was shown that two steps sintering could realize the shape of the green parts. The final parts sintered by two steps sintering in reducing atmospheres were then infiltrated with copper. The tensile strength of the material reached 480 MPa, elongation ratio 13% and impact energy 140 J.
