含氮铁锰合金阻尼性能和力学性能的研究
Influence of nitrogen on damping and mechanical properties of Fe-Mn alloys
【摘要】 采用内耗检测技术研究了氮对Fe-14.1Mn和Fe-16.5Mn合金的阻尼性能的影响,也研究了氮对Fe-Mn系合金的相组成和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:Fe-14.1Mn比Fe-16.5Mn合金具有更高的阻尼性能;合金中分别加入质量分数为0.2%的氮,两种合金的阻尼性能略有改变,同时Fe-16.5Mn合金的bσ从465 MPa增加到695 MPa,η从3.7%增加到12.6%,而Fe-14.1Mn合金的bσ从470 MPa增加到690 MPa,η从5.4%降到4.0%。
【Abstract】 The effect of nitrogen on the damping capacity of Fe-14.1Mn and Fe-16.5Mn wt.% alloys was studied by means of the amplitude-dependent internal friction technique,and the influence of nitrogen on phase constitution,mechanical properties was also investigated.It was found that the Fe-14.1Mn alloy possesses higher level of damping capacity than the Fe-16.5Mn alloy.The addition of 0.2% of nitrogen slightly affects the damping capacity of the Fe-14.1Mn alloy and the Fe-16.5Mn alloy.At the same time,the ultimate tensile strength of the Fe-16.5Mn alloy increases from 465 to 695 MPa,and the uniform elongation increases from 3.7% to 12.6%.The ultimate tensile strength of the Fe-14.1Mn alloy increases from 470 to 690 MPa due to nitrogen alloying,while the uniform elongation reduces from 5.4% to 4.0%.
