【摘要】 目的探讨粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)在儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病诱导缓解治疗中的作用。方法初治儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病诱导化疗后中性粒细胞绝对计数(ANC)≤0.5×109/L者46例,分为2组。治疗组给予VDLD方案化疗同时加用G-CSF,对照组给予VDLD方案化疗同时加用复方皂矾丸,观察两组化疗效果、ANC恢复时间、感染率、发热持续时间等。结果化疗效果两组间差异无显著意义,ANC恢复时间、发热持续时间、抗生素治疗时间以及住院时间,治疗组均明显短于对照组,感染率治疗组明显低于对照组,未发现G-CSF副作用。结论G-CSF可加速中性粒细胞恢复,缩短粒细胞减少时间,降低感染发生率及严重程度,用于儿童急性淋巴细胞白血病的辅助治疗是安全有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor(rhG-CSF) on acute lymphoblastic leukemia(ALL) in children undergoing inductive therapy.MethodsForty-six children who were newly diagnosed as having ALL with granulocytopenia(ANC≤0.5×109/L) were treated with either rhG-CSF(study group) or Chinese herbal medicine,Fu Fang Zao Fan Wan(control group) during inductive chemotherapy.The relevant clinical menifestations of ALL and the therapeutic effect were assessed.ResultsEffect of the chemotherapy between the two groups was not significantly different.The recovery time of neutropenia,persistence of fever,hospital stay and antibiotics used were significantly shorter in the study group than in the control,and the incidence of infection was also significantly lower.Side effects of rhG-CSF were not observed.ConclusionrhG-CSF can hasten the recovery of ANC,shorten the time of granulocytopenia,reduce infection.Supplementary treatment with G-CSF is effective and safe during the inductive chemotherapy of ALL in children.更多还原
