【摘要】 目的:观察一清胶囊和维A酸霜治疗寻常痤疮的疗效。方法:将120例寻常痤疮患者随机分成3组,A组口服一清胶囊,外用0.025%维A酸霜;B组口服一清胶囊;C组外用0.025%维A酸霜。3组均同时口服螺内酯和复合维生素B,均各治疗6周。结果:联合用药总有效率为95%,但三种疗法的疗效差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:口服一清胶囊联合外用维A酸霜治疗轻、中度痤疮疗效肯定,且副作用少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of oral Yiqing capsule and topical tretinoin cream on acne.Methods:One hundred and twenty patient with mild to moderate acne were divided into three groups at random:Group A was treated by oral Yiqing capsule and topical tretinoin cream;Group B by oral Yiqing;Group C by topical tretinoin cream.Three groups were all treated by aidactone and complex Vitamin B.The treatment lasted for 6 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of combination drug therapy was 95%,but there were no statistical singificance among the three therapies(P>0.05).Conclusions:Oral Yiqing and topical tretinoin cream had certainly therapeutic effect on mild to moderate acne and had little side-effect.更多还原
