【摘要】 目的:探讨眼睑恶性肿瘤切除术后滑行皮瓣眼睑再造术的可行性。方法:12例眼睑恶性肿瘤切除患者据眼睑缺损的大小分别施行不同的眼睑成形术。结果:12例上下眼睑活动自如,眼睑闭合完全,无并发症。结论:自体滑行皮瓣修补眼睑大面积缺损,简单、易行,眼睑的结构和功能基本正常,弥补眼睑恶性肿瘤切除术给患者生理和心理造成的创伤。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the feasibility and reliability of eyelid rebuild operation after resecting the eyelid’s malignant tumor.Methods:Based on the blepharocoloboma sizes of eyelid,we performed different eyelid plastic surgery.Results:The eyelid’s structure was natural in 12 patients,blooding supply very well,close entirely,and no complications.Conclusions:This operation can restore the big blepharocoloboma size,and remedy the soul wound from the tumor resection in patients.更多还原
