【摘要】 目的:探讨术前化疗对Ⅲ期乳腺癌术后局部区域复发率的影响。方法:采取随机分组的方法,将Ⅲ期乳腺癌患者随机分成术前化疗组、非术前化疗组进行对照研究。术前化疗组,即在根治性手术前行4周CMF方案化疗,1~2周后行根治性手术。术后根据病理情况进行相应治疗;非术前化疗组除术前不予化疗外,其余同术前化疗组。结果:术前化疗组的局部区域复发率明显下降。两组局部区域复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前化疗能降低Ⅲ期乳腺癌的术后局部区域复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study effects of preoperative chemotherapy on postoperative local recurrence rate of stage Ⅲ breast cancer.Methods:The patients with breast cancer of stage Ⅲ were studied with randomized control assay and were divided two groups(preoperative chemotherapy group and non-preoperative chemotherapy group).In preoperative chemotherapy group,CMF(CTX+MTX+5-Fu) was given once a week and altogether 4 times;after 1 to 2 week,radical operations were performed;the postoperative treatment were carried out according to pathological diagnose.In nonpreoperative chemotherapy group,the treatments were identical except that the patients did not receive preoperative chemotherapy.Results:There was significantly difference between two groups of stage Ⅲ in local recurrence rate(P<0.05).The local recurrence rate was lower in the patients of preoperative chemotherapy.Conclusions:Preoperative chemotherapy is essential for the patients with breast cancer of stage Ⅲ.更多还原
