【摘要】 非智力因素是人类活动的动力调节系统,对人的智力活动和运动训练具有动力、定型和补偿功能。采用文献资料、访谈调查、数理统计、逻辑分析等方法对中国青年女排运动员非智力因素在不同情况下的特征进行了对比与分析,对于了解中国青年女排队伍非智力因素培养现状,加强中国女排队伍后备力量的储备,提高中国女排在国际排坛的竞争实力都具有现实的积极意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Non-intellectual factors are the dynamical regulation system of human activities, and function a lot in launching, fixing and compensating human’s intellectual activities and exercise processes. By the method of documentation searching, experts’ interviewing statistics, and logical analysis, this research compares and analyzes the features of non-intellectual factors of Chinese young women volleyball players under different conditions, which helps to learn more about the current condition of cultivating non-intellectual factors of Chinese young women volleyball players, strengthens the education of backup players and plays a significant role in improving Chinese women volleyball team’s competitive strength in the international volleyball world.更多还原
