【Abstract】 This paper apply the gray system theories,regard unit cost of historyical similar item construction as the basis,establish the non-isometric time sequence GM(1,1) model of item construction unit cost.The prediction accuracy of this method is verified through the calculation of construction practice.It provides an important reference for bidding unit to determine construction cost price rapidly and accurately,for owner to select contractor.更多还原
