矿井提升机可控硅串级调速系统的设计

【摘要】 针对矿井提升机对电力拖动系统的要求,采用可控硅串级调速使拖动系统具有较好的调速和节电性能;采用改变定子电源电压相序的方法来实现电动机的可逆运行,最终满足矿井提升机对电力拖动系统调速性能和节能的要求。

【Abstract】 Aimed at the requirement of mine lifting machine at electric drag system,silicon controlled rectifier was adopted to serially adjust speed,which made the drag system possess better performance of speed adjustment and electricity save.By adopting the method of changing the voltage sequence of stator power supply to realize the contradictorily running of electromotor,the proposed series speed adjustment system can meet the electricity system transfer speed performance and energy-conserving request of mine lifting machine.
