制浆废液中有机物资源利用研究
On the more effective utilization of organic left-overs from paper pulp-preparation liquids
【摘要】 将马尾松KP法制浆过程中产生的废液的浓缩液与甲醛羟甲基化反应的产物,用三聚氰胺树脂进行接枝,制备出一种用于纸浆内添加的新型纸张增强剂。研究了羟甲基化和接枝反应的条件对纸张增强剂的性能及其对纸张物理性能的影响,并优化出反应条件。同时应用红外光谱、扫描电镜考察了纸张增强剂合成机理,证实了改性制浆废液中已经引入了羟甲基,羟甲基化制浆废液与三聚氰胺树脂之间已发生了缩合反应。结果表明,最佳羟甲基化反应条件为:制浆废液质量分数为50%,制浆废液与甲醛的质量比1∶0.2,温度70℃,时间2.5h,pH值为11。最佳接枝工艺条件为:改性制浆废液质量分数为40%,三聚氰胺用量为改性制浆废液质量的20%,引发剂用量为三聚氰胺质量的5%,接枝反应温度70℃,接枝聚合的pH值为11。在以上条件下,增强剂用量为绝干纸浆的5%时,可使干纸断裂长提高28%,湿纸断裂长达干纸的24%。同时,制浆废液纸张增强剂颜色较深,更适用于对白度要求不高的本色浆产品。
【Abstract】 In this paper,we are inclined to introduce our development of a new kind of paper quality enhancing agent by using the black liquid from the masson Kraft pulp.For our own research purpose, we have studied and optimized the reaction conditions of hydroxymethylating and the trans-grafting reaction conditions, with the effect of the properties of the black liquids on the physical features of the paper to be made carefully tested and analyzed.In doing so,we have carefully observed the reacting conditions of hydroxymethylating and the grafting reaction demands. As our research finding, the reacting condition of hydroxymethylating can be optimized as follows: the optimal concentration of the black liquid is 50% while the mass ratio of black liquid to formaldehyde should be 1∶0.20,with the reacting temperature at 70 ℃,the reacting time being 2.5 h,and pH value being 11. Moreover, the grafting conditions can be summarized as follows: the modified black liquid concentration is 40%,whereas the melamine resin dosage is 20% of the modified black liquid,with the initiator dosage being 5% of the melamine resins,the reacting temperature—70℃,and pH value—11. On the other hand, we have paid great attention to the study and development of the synthetic mechanism in preparing quality enhancing agent while using the infrared spectrum and electronic devices. The final research results confirm that the modified black liquids have been hydroxymethylated with the condensation reaction between hydroxymethylated black liquid and the melamine resins taking place. The application results of the new kind of paper quality enhancing agent indicate that, when the proportion of the agent is within the 5% of the absolute dried pulp, the paper tensile strength can increase by 28% of the original,with the increase of the paper wet strength by 24%. Furthermore,the new enhancing agent enjoys good quality.Thus,the new agent is expected to provide a new way for utilizing pulp waste liquid and a new approach to reducing environmental pollution.
