养肝益水颗粒对原发性高血压早期肾损害患者肾叶间动脉血流的影响

【摘要】 目的:观察养肝益水颗粒对原发性高血压早期肾损害患者肾叶间动脉及肾主动脉峰值流速(Vmax)、阻力指数(RI)的影响。方法:70例辨证为肝肾阴虚或兼血瘀型原发性高血压早期肾损害患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各35例,治疗组给予养肝益水颗粒加西药常规治疗,对照组仅予西药常规治疗,观察治疗前后肾叶间动脉及肾主动脉Vmax、RI等指标的变化。结果:治疗后治疗组肾叶间动脉血流Vmax上升程度、RI下降程度与对照组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05,P<0.01);治疗后肾主动脉Vmax均较治疗前有所升高,RI有所下降,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:养肝益水颗粒对原发性高血压早期肾损害患者肾叶间动脉血流有积极影响。

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effects of Yanggan Yishui Granule(YGYSG),a traditional Chinese prescription for nurishing liver-and kidney-yin and activating blood circulation,on the peak velocity(Vmax) and resist ance index(RI) of interlobar renal artery(IRA) and main renal artery(MRA) in essential hyper tension(EH) patients with early renal damage.Methods: Seventy EH patients with early renal damage were randomly divided into treatment group(n=35) and control group(n=35).Both groups were conventionally treated with antihypertensives for four weeks.Simultaneously,the YGYSG was added into the treatment group.The color doppler echocardiography was applied to determine the changes of Vmax and RI of the left and right sides of the IRA and MRA before and after treatment.Results: After treatment,the Vmax of the IRA of the treatment group increased significantly,while the RI decreased significantly(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was also significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).As for the MRA,the difference in above-mentioned indexes between two groups not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: YGYSG has a positive effect on the blood flow of IRA.
