【摘要】 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定杞菊地黄胶囊中马钱苷的含量。方法:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,流动相为乙腈∶水(15∶85),检测波长为236 nm,柱温25℃,理论板数按马钱苷峰面积计算不低于4 000。结果:马钱苷量在12.04-120.40μg/L范围内具有良好线性关系,A=14.189c-21.25,r=0.999 4,平均加样回收率为105.58%。结论:该方法方便、快捷、准确,灵敏度高,重现性好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate a method for the content determination of loganin in Qiju Dihuang capsule.Methods: Octadecyl silane chemically bonded silica was used as bulking agent.The mobile phase is acetonitrile-water(15∶85).The detection wavelength was at 236 nm.The column temperature was at 25℃.The number of theoretical plates was more than four thousands as calculated according to loganin areas.Results: The linear range for loganin was from 12.04～120.4 μg/L,A=14.189c-21.25,r=0.999 4,The average recovery was 105.58%.Conclusion: The method is reliable and accurate,and it has high sensitivity and good reproducibility.更多还原
