【摘要】 目的探讨15~39岁农村女性居民社会支持与自杀意念的相关性,为农村女性自杀干预研究提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样调查的方法抽取了巢湖市居巢区两个乡镇的1062名15~39岁女性居民作为调查对象。由统一培训的专业调查员采用肖水源编制的社会支持量表(SSAS)进行问卷调查。结果15~39岁农村女性近一周内自杀意念发生率为5.00%。有自杀意念组的主观支持、客观支持、对支持的利用度及总支持得分均低于无自杀意念组,客观支持与总支持得分的差异有统计学意义。不同年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、经济状况及有无躯体残疾客观支持得分的差异有统计学意义。多元Logistic回归分析,年龄、经济状况、躯体残疾、客观支持是农村女性自杀意念的影响因素。结论社会支持是15~39岁农村女性自杀意念的一个保护因素。从可改变的社会因素入手,对农村女性给予更多的社会支持,尤其是客观支持,以最大限度地预防自杀。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To investigate the relationship between social support and suicidal ideations,and to provide basis for rural females suicide prevention.Methods Stratified random cluster sampling method was used to draw 1 062 rural females from Juchao section of chaohu city.They were investigated with social support rating scale.Results We found that 5.00% of respondents had suicide ideation.The quantities of object support,subject support,utilizations on social support and the whole in suicidal ideation group were lower than that in non-suicidal ideation group.The quantities of object support and the whole had statistic difference among the two groups.The quantities of object support had statistic difference in age,civilization,marriage status,economy status and body deformity.We found that the main risk factors for suicide ideation were age,economy state,body deformity,objective support by multiple regression analysis.Conclusions Social support is a protective factor of suicidal ideations of rural females aged 15~39.More social support,especially objective support,should be given to prevent the presence of suicidal ideations.更多还原
