【摘要】 甘露醇是一种常用的辅料,可与许多药物配伍使用。本文重点阐述甘露醇作为蛋白活性保护剂在干燥α-淀粉酶抑制剂水提液过程中的具体应用。

【Abstract】 Mannitol is a kind of general adjuvant,it is used with other medicine as supplemental composition.In the present study,the specific application of mannitol as a perfect excipient to protect the activity of protein during the dryα-amylase inhibitor extraction.
