【摘要】 目的探讨女性膀胱颈部梗阻(BNO)的诊治方法。方法对2000年6月~2005年6月间收治69例BNO患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果全部患者均经尿道膀胱颈部电切术(TURBN)治疗。治愈53例、临床症状好转16例,无明显并发症。结论临床症状、残余尿量、膀胱镜检查是诊断BNO的可靠依据。TURBN术是有效的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Aim To explore the diagnosis and treatment of female primary bladder neck obstruction(BNO).Methods 69 cases of BNO from Jun 2000 to Jun 2005 were analyzed retrospectively.Results All patients were treated with transurethral resection of bladder neck(TURBN).53 cases were cured and 16 cases were improved.No post-operative compilcations.Conclusions Uroflometry could provide an objective evaluating index.Clinical symptoms,residual urine and cystoscopy are reliable diagnostic methods.TURBN is an effective therapy.更多还原
