【摘要】 目的探讨雌激素联合抗生素治疗老年性阴道炎效果。方法选择老年性阴道炎146例,口服尼尔雌醇首次4mg,以后每2～4周1次,Ⅰ组69例甲硝唑200mg每晚放入阴道1次;Ⅱ组77例,应用已烯雌酚0.25mg加甲硝唑阴道给药每晚1次;7天为一疗程。停药3～7天复查判定疗效。比较两组治疗效果。结果Ⅰ组69例痊愈19例、有效30例、无效20例,总有效率70.43%;Ⅱ组77例痊愈63例、有效14例、总有效率100%。两组比较差异有显著性。结论雌激素联合抗生素全身加局部给药,对老年性阴道炎有效,绝经时间及发病时间越短,疗效越好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discuss the effect of the aged colpitis treated by estrogen and antibiotic;Methods Choose aged colpitis 149 examples,Take Nilestriol orally 4 mg first time.and take 1 time every 2~4 weeks.69 examples chosen in group Ⅰ were treated by Metronidazole 200 mg in vagina every night.Choosing 77 examples in group Ⅱ,put Diethylstibestrol 0.25 mg into vagina for consecutive 7 days.Check the curative effect when the treatment was over 3~7 days later,and the different effects of 2 groups were compared.Results In group Ⅰ,19 examples were healed,30 examples had effects,but 19 examples had no effect,the percent of efficiency was 70.43%.In group Ⅱ,63 examples were cured,14 examples had effects,the percent of efficiency was 100%.The difference of the results is great.Conclusion Using the estrogen and antibiotic treat for aged coipitis,the longer of menopausal time,the sooner of being sick period,and the drug effects were better.更多还原
