【摘要】 目的分析学生群体患精神障碍住院治疗及疗效情况。方法采用整群抽取353例精神障碍患者作为研究对象,对住院资料进行回顾性分析,检验方法主要有t检验和χ2检验等。结果学生群体患精神障碍住院治疗,病种以精神分裂症为主,男生较女生为多(P<0.05),平均住院天数男女之间差异无显著性(t=0.376,P>0.05),出院情况以开放病区较好(χ2=6.001,V=2,P<0.05)。结论学生群体患精神障碍情况值得关注,如果病情许可,应尽可能在开放病区接受治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the hospitalization treatment and efficacy of mental disorders in student’s community.Methods 353 cases with mental disorders are selected as our research objects with cluster sampling.The hospitalization data are analyzed with reviewed methed.Results Schizophrenia is in the first place in student’s community who were treated with hospitalization treatment.The number of male patients is higher than the female’s(P<0.05),while there are no significant differences between female and male in the average hospitalization time.The efficacy of open treatments is better than that of closed ones(χ2=6.001,P<0.05).Conclusion The student’s community suffering from the mental disorders should be payed more attention.The open department treatment with the student’s community is a way if the condition is allowed.更多还原
