【摘要】 目的探讨直接数字化X线摄影(DR)的双能量减影技术在肋骨骨折诊断中的价值。方法对58例肋骨骨折患者行胸部DR双能量减影检查,每例患者分别获得3幅图像(一幅标准图像,一幅软组织像,一幅骨组织像),比较标准图像和骨组织图像对肋骨不同节段骨折的显示率。结果58例患者共发现153处肋骨骨折,标准胸片对肋骨后段、腑段和前段骨折的显示率分别为97·6%、86·7%和93·1%,总的显示率为90·8%;而骨组织像对各段肋骨骨折的显示率均为100%。经统计学检验χ2=102.124,P=0.000。结论DR双能量减影技术在肋骨骨折的诊断中有重要价值,其骨组织像能明显提高肋骨骨折的显示率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of DR dual-energy subtraction on rib fracture.Methods DR dual-energy subtraction technique was used to examine 58 patients with rib fracture,the diagnostic rate of rib fracture was compared between routine chest images and bone images.Results There were 153 rib fracture in 58 patients,the diagnostic rate of posterior,axiliary,and anterior segmental rib fracture was 97.6%,86.7% and 93.1% respectively on routine chest images,but bone images displayed all of rib fracture.Conclusion DR dual-energy subtraction technique has obvious value in displaying rib fracture,and bone image can improve the diagnostic rate of rib fracture.更多还原
