【摘要】 目的评价64层螺旋CT脑血管造影及其临床应用价值。方法对临床怀疑为脑血管病变的58例患者进行64层螺旋CT血管造影,使用GE Light Speed VCT机获得原始图像传送到工作站进行VR、MPR、CPR、MIP图像后处理重建,并对照手术或DSA结果评估其诊断价值。结果58例中脑血管无异常21例、发现动脉瘤21例、动静脉畸形9例、脑动脉狭窄或闭塞5例及烟雾病2例。结论64层螺旋CT脑血管造影是一种安全、快速、无创的脑内血管性病变的检查方法,它可以作为颅内血管性病变筛查和术前评估的首选技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral CT in cerebral angiography.Methods 64-slice spiral CT angiography of 58 patients clinically suspected cerebrovascular diseases were analysed restrospectively.Source images were got by GE light speed VCT Scanner,all axial images were transferred to an external workstation.The reconstructed images were processed into volume rendering(VR) and multiplanner reconstruction(MPR) and curved planner reconstruction(CPR) and maximum intensity projection(MIP),the values were evaluated compared with the results of surgery or DSA.Results 21 of the 58patients were normal,21 were aneurysms,9 were AVM,5 were vaso-occlusive,2 were Moya-moya disease.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT angiography is a safe,quick and moninvasive method in diagnosing the cerebrovascular disease,it may be proposed as a first choice technique for screening and preoperative assessment for cerebrovascular disease.更多还原
