【摘要】 目的认识宫内残留物的特殊超声表现,以免误诊。方法应用经阴道超声结合彩色多普勒超声血流显像(CDFI)诊断不典型宫内残留物14例。结果14例不典型宫内残留物全部经清宫术后病理证实。宫腔及局部宫壁组织蜂窝状回声,内有异常丰富血流信号,脉冲多普勒(PW)呈类滋养血流频谱,阻力指数(RI)为0.21~0.4。结论经阴道超声结合CDFI对宫内残留物的特殊表现与恶性滋养细胞肿瘤难以鉴别,必须结合病史、临床特点及B超随访。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To recognize the special ultrasonic manifestation of intrauterine remnant to avoid the misdiagnose.Methods a total of 14 cases with atypical intrauterine remnant was diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound(TV)in combination with color Doppler blood flow imaging(CDFI).Results The 14 cases were all confirmed by post-operative pathology of womb cleansing.Womb wall partly and intrauterine tissue was showed Honeycomb echo with abnormal blood flow signals;trophoblastic blood flow spectra was monitored by pulse Doppler and resistance index(RI)was 0.21~0.4.Conclusion It was difficult to detect the special ultrasonic manifestation of intrauterine remnant and malignance trophoblastic tumor by transvaginal ultrasound (TV) in combination with color dopple flow imaging (CDFI) and case history,clinic characteristic bonding B ultrasound follow-up were essential.更多还原
