【Abstract】 Objective To explore the Signif cance of head nurse’s EQ in wards’ nursing management.Methods Through many years’ experience and understandings of wards’ nursing management,learning EQ through practice and applying it.Results In routine nursing management,the EQ should be reflected and applied by the head nurse through at least nine aspects.Conclusion The level of the head nurse’s EQ can directly influence the work efficiency and quality of the wards’ nursing management.更多还原
