【摘要】 目的:解除髋关节疼痛,保持关节稳定,关节活动功能好。方法:人工全髋置换术。结果:股骨颈骨折12例,股骨头坏死6例,股骨粗隆粉碎性骨折伴股骨头坏死1例,全髋置换术后假体下沉返修2例,术后效果满意。结论:护理的重点是:预防切口感染;预防深静脉血栓形成;防止髋关节脱位;出院保健指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To lessen coxa joint pain, keep joint steady and good function. Methods To apply artificial operation of displacing coxa joint. Results 21 cases were performed on operation including 13 male cases and 8 female cases aged from 24 to 78 with an average age of 64. Conclusion Some important nursing points were pointed out in this paper like preventing wound infection, preventing the formation of vena thrombus, preventing joint dislocation and etc.更多还原
