【摘要】 目的:探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇治疗肾囊肿的疗效。方法:CT引导下经皮穿刺注射无水乙醇治疗肾囊肿20例,术后1、3、6、12、24个月观察疗效及并发症。结果:20例穿刺全部获得成功,3个月B超复查,14例完全消失,4例缩小在<1/3,2例缩小在<1/3～2/3之间,无严重并发症。结论:创伤小、操作简单、成功率高、费用低、并发症少,为单发性或多发性肾囊肿的有效治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explove the value of CT-guided percutaneous ethanol injection for the treatment of renal cysts . Methods CT-guided percutaneous ethanol injection for the treatment of renal cysts in 20 cases, of which 13 cases onset.Multiple two cases, five cases polycystic kidney disease.1,3,6,12,24 months postoperative complications were evaluated. Results All 20 cases puncture success ultrasound inspection three months, 14 cases completely disappeared.In four cases to narrow the "1/3,2 cases in narrowing" between 80mg/kg, no serious complications. Conclusion It has minor trauma, simple operation, high success rate, low-cost, and less complications and is an effective treatment methods for single or multiple renal cysts.更多还原
