【摘要】 目的:探讨C臂X光机透视下闭合复位加交锁钉内固定治疗胫骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:对36例胫骨骨折采用C臂X光机透视下闭合复位加交锁髓内钉内固定术。结果:骨折全部愈合,无感染、骨不连、关节功能障碍等并发症发生。结论:透视下闭合复位加交锁髓内钉内固定治疗胫骨骨折损伤小,并发症少,是一种安全有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore clinical effects of treating tibia fracture by cross lock myelocoel file inner fixation combined with closed reset under X machine. Methods Such therapy was applied on 36 cases from Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2005. Results All the fractures healed with no complications. Conclusion The therapy under X-ray is a safe and effective way with minor damage and few complications.更多还原
