【Abstract】 Tobacco was an important economic crop.As a newly developed genetic marker,DNA molecular marker was widely used in agricultural research,which had the characteristics of not restricted by environment,credibility,and availability.In this paper,the development of DNA molecular marking technique and its application in tobacco breeding research were reviewed.And the main problems existed were discussed.The prospect of the application was also described.更多还原
