【Abstract】 Political economy of Marxism divided the differential rent into two categories: the first and second form.However,it is possible for the theory to go step further because of its defects and the continual pioneering work.The author found new rent phenomena in practice,and put forward the conception of broad-sense difference,differential factor and extended frame of FEDFED,which formed the new theory of differential rent.更多还原
