【Abstract】 As a novel and effective tool,RNA interference(RNAi) technique was extensively used for sequence-specific post-transcriptional gene silencing and therefore depressing specific gene expression,which was developed rapidly and had made great progress in mammalian studies.RNAi technique had wide application perspective in gene function studies and disease therapy.In this article,the progress,molecular mechanism and biological function of RNAi were described.The advantages and unsolved issues concerning RNAi technique were summarized as well as its application in gene function,gene therapy,transgenic animals,medicine development in mammalian.更多还原
