【摘要】 [目的]探索玉米新品种安玉12号的选育与应用前景。[方法]1998年以自选系420为母本,A41为父本,运用双因素交叉巢式遗传设计的育种技术,导入热带玉米种质SWAN1,经连续7代异地交替选株自交育成。通过连续多年多点的试验示范,研究了安玉12号的植物学特性、生物学特性、经济性状和抗逆性等以及该品种的栽培技术要点和主要制种技术。[结果]安玉12号具有高产稳产、品质优良、抗病性强、适应性广等优点,特别适宜在黄淮海、东华北及西南玉米主产区推广应用。[结论]安玉12号籽粒蛋白质含量(12.02%)高,是一个粮饲兼用的优良玉米新杂交种,具有广阔的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] The study aims to discuss breeding and application prospect of Anyu No.12 were.[Method] Using the breeding technique of two-factor cross-nested design to introduce the tropical maize germplasm SWAN1,Anyu 12 was self-bred through 7 generation selection from the cross of inbred line 420(female) and A41(male) in alternation of choosing plants in different places in 1998.Through consecutive experiments and demonstrations in multiple sites for many years,some characteristics on botany,biology,economy and resistance etc.and its cultivation techniques and major seed production techniques were studied.[Result] Anyu 12 had many advantages,such as high yield,good quality,disease resistance and wild adaptability,which was especially suitable for planting in the Huang-Huai-Hai area,east area of north China and southwest main maize-growing areas.[Conclusion] Anyu 12 had grains of high protein content(12.02%),which was a new and excellent grain and forage maize hybrid and had broad application prospects.更多还原
