扁玉螺血细胞体外凝结影响因子的研究
Study on Influence Factors of Haemocytes Clumping of Neverita didyma in Vitro
【摘要】 以扁玉螺(Neverita didyma)血淋巴为试验材料,比较研究不同保存温度、时间及血细胞浓度与其血细胞凝结的关系。结果表明:血淋巴中血细胞的凝结程度随样品放置时间延长而呈现先升高后降低的变化规律,20℃条件下以放置20 min组的细胞凝结度最高。血细胞的凝结程度随血细胞浓度的升高而明显上升,细胞浓度为0.5×106个/ml的血淋巴样品20℃放置20 min后,91%的血细胞单独存在;而细胞浓度为7.6×106个/ml时,单个存在的血细胞仅有35%。血细胞的凝结程度随温度的降低而下降。
【Abstract】 Relationships between haemocytes clumping and storage temperature,time or haemocytes density of Neverita didyma were studied in this experiment.The results showed that cell clumping degree presented to go up first and then go down with the extension of storage time.The highest clumping degree was the group kept for 20 min under 20 ℃.Cell clumping degree obviously rose with the increase of haemocytes density.In the group of 0.5×106 cells/ml,the percentage of non-clumping haemocytes was 91 %.But in 7.6×106 cells/ml group,it was only 35 %.The clumping degree of haemocytes decreased with the descending of temperature.
