【Abstract】 Combined with agriculture department standard NY/T 761.1-2004,the self-made pretreatment device was applied in rapid preparation of pesticide residues in vegetable samples using ultrasonic and solid-phase extraction method.The device could cooperate with the following GC-MS and improve detection efficiency of pesticide residues.This device could whisk vegetables,extract pesticide residues and purify it,which was simple and convenient and could be used for vegetable rapid detection in large-scale wholesale market.更多还原
