泸州和黔江稻区稻瘟病生理小种与品种的关系

【摘要】 1996~2000年每年从泸州、黔江11个县区稻区9个品种上采集稻瘟病标样分离培养,然后对全国统一的7个鉴别杂交稻进行接种调查。结果表明,泸州、黔江稻区种群不同,重要生理小种存在差异;汕优63、冈优22、汕优多系1号3个品种监测种群,重要小种也存在差异,但优势种群相同(ZB),有30%生理小种相同,并且出现频率达74.43%。

【Abstract】 The diseased samples of Pyriculara grisea,collected from 9 varieties in 11 rice regions of counties in Luzhou and Qianjiang regions were isolated and cultured,and then were inoculated on the 7 hybrid rice that used in distinguishing the rice blast in unification in China for investigation of physiological races of Pyricularia grisea.The result indicated that the rice populations were different and the important races had some differences in 2 rice regions of Luzhou and Qianjiang.The important races also had some differences in detected populations of 3 varieties of Xianyou 63,Gangyou 22 and Xianyou 1,but dominance population(ZB) was same and 30% physiological races were same with their appearance frequency reaching 74.43%.
