【Abstract】 Ecological compensation system,which aims at improving or recovering the serving function of eco-system mainly with means of economy,is to readjust interest distribution relationship among the respective interest-related party(protector,destroyer and profit-receiver).The implementation of ecological compensation system is beneficial to solving the issue on the unbalance of regional economy and social inequality.Since law is an important means for effective implemention of such system,the author would start with the core of ecological compensation system to analyze its legal principle and basic principle.更多还原
