牛磺酸对体外培养大鼠睾丸间质细胞睾酮分泌的影响
Effect of the Taurine on Testosterone Secretion of Culturing Rat Leydig Cells in Vitro
【摘要】 通过在基础培养液(DMEM)中添加不同水平的牛磺酸和人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG),研究了牛磺酸(1~100 mg/L)对体外培养大鼠睾丸间质细胞睾酮分泌性能的影响。结果表明,牛磺酸(1~100 mg/L)对体外培养大鼠睾丸间质细胞睾酮的分泌有显著的促进作用(P<0.01);而对HCG刺激的睾丸间质细胞睾酮的分泌表现出双相作用,低剂量牛磺酸对其有明显的促进作用(P<0.05),高剂量则有显著的抑制作用(P<0.05)。
【Abstract】 Taurine is an abundant sulfur-containing amino acid found in all tissues involved in a variety of functions.Taurine was found with the highest concentrations in the germen and germ cell,which indicated that taurine was connected with reproduction.The effect of the taurine on testosterone secretion was studied with rat Leydig cells culturing in vitro.The results indicated that taurine could stimulate testosterone secretion of cultured rat Leydig cells in vitro significantly(P<0.01).The effect of taurine on the testosternone secretion stimulated by HCG showed a biphasic pattern.In other words,testosternone secretion was increased significantly(P<0.05)in low concentration of taurine,but decreased significantly(P<0.05)in high concentration of taurine.
