农药残留与食品安全
Pesticide Residues and Food Safety
【摘要】 阐述了我国食品中农药残留的现状及农药残留引起的食品安全问题,并在此基础上提出了一些控制食品中农药残留的对策。
【Abstract】 The current situation of the pesticide residues and the problems of food safety caused by the pesticide residues were introduced.On the basis of the analysis,some countermeasures were proposed.
