【摘要】 在研究经典信息论和系统论以及对世博会影响分析的基础上,建立了2010年世博会危机管理信息流程模型。把世博会信息传递系统分为环境系统、感知系统、规范系统、执行系统4个子系统。指出各子系统所代表的世博会组织机构,规定信息流程中各子系统的目标取向,并给出保证世博会危机管理信息有效传递的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the classical theories of information and system and the impact on the Expo,the model of the crisis management information flow of the World Expo 2010 was built.The model consists of four major subsystems,such as environment,perception,control and reaction.Then the corresponding Expo organization of each subsystem was introduced and objectives were imposed to the subsystems.Finally,the main points of how to communication availably in the Expo organization for crisis management were given.更多还原
