【Abstract】 Pothook of the increase of city construction land and the decrease of rural residential land provided a new method to relieve the demand of city construction land in the progress of urbanization.Shapingba district in Chongqing was taken as an example to analyze the necessity and advantage of pothook policy.The potential of the increase of city construction land and the decrease of rural residential land was studied.Finally,correlative suggestions were put forward to promote the actualization of the pothook.更多还原
