【摘要】 目的:优选三七的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验法,以提取液中三七总皂苷含量为评价指标。结果:选用回流提取法对三七进行提取,最佳工艺条件为:选用50%乙醇,总量为药材的8倍,浸泡时间40 min,热回流2次,每次2 h。结论:三七总皂苷得率高,稳定性好,适合于工业生产。更多还原

【Abstract】 To find out the optimum conditions for the extraction of the notoginseng saponin from Panax notog inseng,the extraction process was studied with orthogonal design.The results indicated the optimum extraction process was adding 8 times amount of 50% alcohol,soaking for 40 minutes,refluxing and extracting for 2 times and 2 h each time.The extraction process could raise the yield of notoginseng saponin.The conclusion was this extraction process showed higher yeild of notoginseng saponin,good stability and was available for industrial production.更多还原
